Oregano

Prices vary  based on blend and volatile oil content between US$ 1.075,-- up to US$ 2.325,-- per M/t . Arrivals have suddenly slowed down due to Ramadan, and several buyers in the villages are raising the prices. Export prices somewhat firmer also because of weak US$ against the Turkish Lyra.

Sage Rubbed & Cleaned

Arrivals very slow and it seems like crop is rather short this season..

Laurel Leaves

New crop moving in, available without too much difficulty for now, however, good quality will be a problem down the road.

Sun Dried Tomatoes

Large quantities with severe specification on salt and sulphur levels should be contracted during this periode in order to secure the right material. One thing will be for sure : Sun dried tomatoes availability will be more difficult in the long run after November / December. New crop prices came out and depending on spec and quality vary between the US$ 3.60 – 4.40 levels per Kg depending on grade, shipment periode and specification..  We expect firmer market after October because many exporters have stopped producing sun dried tomatoes due to lack of financial sources or firm contracts. Please contact us with your required specification and we can quote you accordingly.

Capers

New crop in full swing but demand is currently weak. We are able to offer product preserved in brine in drums or in finished retail jars on vinegar. Please contact us for firm quotes and details. All calibrations are availble now for August shipments from new crop. Prices depending large on quantity required and shipment periode.
